LMHQ is now officially a HYROX affiliate gym, offering our clients an unparalleled fitness experience like no other.

Train with like minded individuals. Goodbye to solo workouts in a soulless gym. Hello to HYROX group sessions with a community of fitness enthusiasts.

HYROX specific training sessions take place every Wednesday at 5:45pm.

What is HYROX?

HYROX is the premium functional fitness competition designed for everybody, not just elite athletes.

The race starts with a 1 km run, followed by 1 functional workout, repeated 8 times.

LMHQ clients have taken part in several HYROX events and we have loved being a part of it.
