LMHQ run club

Our run club takes place the first Sunday of every month at 9:30am outside Kofi&Co in Wetherby.

It is a 5k run and all abilities are welcome. We love getting together with our clients. Bring a friend or a partner along.

As well as improving your running, we welcome everyone to stay on after the run for some food/drinks and a natter at the best place for coffee in Wetherby, Kofi&Co.
