Total Warrior – 2018

Last June the studio entered a team of 11 clients into Total Warrior at Bramham Park, Leeds. Total Warrior is an assault course which consists of 25 obstacles, 10 tons of ice, & 100 tons of mud. The day was all about competing as a team and helping each other smash the course and bringing clients together.

The day was a raging success and every single client enjoyed the experience. Clients commented on how fit they felt throughout the course. We have entered a team into this year’s event with some added recruits.
